| We take a cyclical approach to IT as opposed to linear. Generally IT projects are viewed in a linear fashion with a start and stop date. We see IT as a cycle, there will be a start date but no end date. For example if you want to build a client based database you will need to build the database, staff will need to be trained, the database will need to be updated as needs change, the database will need to be backed up and maintenance will need to be done periodically on the database. |
